Privacy policy

Last updated 12 October 2026. This policy explains what information Hisaab (hisaab-2aa.pages.dev) collects and how it is used.

The numbers you enter

All calculations run in your own browser. The salary, bill, estate and other values you type are not sent to our servers. To save you retyping, the most recent inputs for each calculator are stored in your browser's local storage on your device only. You can clear them at any time with the Reset button on a calculator or by clearing your browser data.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics or Google Analytics) to understand which pages are used, so we can improve them. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Cookies and advertising

We may show advertisements served by Google AdSense and other ad partners to keep the site free. In that case:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent before non-essential cookies are used.

Information you send us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to fix any problem you report.

Quote requests (solar and construction)

If you ask for quotes on our solar or construction calculator, we collect your name, mobile number, city, any note you add, and the values you entered in that calculator. We store this securely and share it only with the type of partner named on the form (up to 3 solar installers or builders near you), and only after you tick the consent box. Partners may contact you by phone or WhatsApp about that request only.

To block spam, quote forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser and device to confirm a real person is sending the request. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum. To limit abuse, we also store a one-way, keyed fingerprint of your IP address (never the address itself) with each request, and use it only to cap how many requests can come from one connection.

We keep quote requests for up to 12 months. To have your request deleted, or to stop partners contacting you, email hisaab.contact@gmail.com with the mobile number you used and we will act within 7 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from quote requests shared with your consent (above), we share data only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, analytics, advertising) or when required by law.

Children

Hisaab is a general-audience site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of personalised ads using the links above, and ask us to delete any message you have sent us by emailing hisaab.contact@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
